What are our courses like?

Not all online programs are built the same. Some programs require campus visits or synchronous work. Our program is 100% online and asynchronous, meaning there are no set meeting times and no in-person requirements. We hold an in-person graduation ceremony each December and May on the campus of UW-Eau Claire. While commencement attendance is not required, many of our graduates choose to celebrate their achievement in-person. Taking Online MBA Courses

What does it take to earn an online MBA? You will need to be:

  • Self-motivated
  • Comfortable communicating in writing
  • Adept at planning ahead to keep up to date on readings and assignments
  • Prepared to ask questions and actively participate in class discussions
  • Resourceful and able to find answers using technology

If this describes you, an online MBA program may be perfect for you thanks to the flexibility of online classes. Because you’re balancing work, family, and everything else in your life, earning an online master’s in business is demanding.
