Curriculum

You will complete 26 credits of business essential and core courses, plus you’ll select a minimum of three healthcare management courses to apply towards your healthcare concentration requirements. You may also combine those with up to four credits of general electives, for a total of 36 credits to complete the degree.

Healthcare Management/Elective Courses

Each MBA in Healthcare Management course is two credits. You must select three courses to apply towards your healthcare concentration requirements. If you take more than six credits from the list below, they will apply to the elective credit requirement. Certain general electives may also apply towards degree requirements.

MBA 782: Healthcare Finance and Economics
Become better informed about the economics of health insurance and healthcare. Explore public policy issues concerning health, medical care, and healthcare reform.

MBA 783: Informing Healthcare Decisions with Data Analytics
