Each course in our general MBA degree program is designed to make you a leader in your organization. Classes do not focus on a single topic because that’s not the way business works. Instead, our courses reflect the cross-functional situations you will face throughout the business cycle.

MBA 761: Project Management
Learn about project selection and scope definition, statements of work, risk management planning, project scheduling, and more.

MBA 759: Selling Ideas at Work
Learn how people make decisions and utilize skills you already have to sell ideas at work to individuals and groups.

MBA 774: Sustainability and Organizational Management
Learn about the interrelationship between business and the natural environment and examine the impact of environment on business and the consequences of business decisions on the environment.
